Prasanna S
Prasanna leads Sahita with over two decades of experience in the staffing and talent solutions industry. Before founding the company, he built and scaled recruitment teams from the ground up - growing them into high-performing units of more than 500 members. An MBA graduate with strong business acumen, he combines strategic clarity with a people-first leadership style. Under his guidance, Sahita is focused on becoming a trusted recruitment partner for IT organizations, delivering talent with speed, reliability, and long-term impact.
Raghunath B V
Raghunath brings over two decades of experience in technology recruitment, with proven expertise in RPO delivery, IT volume hiring, and large-scale program management. He leads Sahita’s RPO operations and manages key client relationships, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic impact. With a PGDHRM from Christ College (Pondicherry University) and a B.A. in Psychology from National College, Bangalore, he blends people understanding with operational rigor to drive results for clients and teams alike.
